Greetings to all, it's me Klecko, the production manager at Saint Agnes Baking Co. During my "lecture" on Celtic bread history, several of you asked about baking soda bread with me at my commercial space during one of my bread club meetings. I am planning my 2009 calender as we speak.

If you are going to the State Fair, make sure you come visit me at the Creative Activities building, where i will be host cooking shows each day at 11 - 1 - 3 and 5.
